We take pride in our high quality favors and we are sure that you will be pleased with your order. We will gladly issue a refund for any product that (1) is damaged in shipping; (2) is shown to have a factory defect; or (3) simply does not meet with your complete satisfaction. Refund or credit will not be given for products that have been used or damaged by you or from misuse or neglect on your part. We cannot accept returns on personalized or edible items. Special order items cannot be returned. Disposable cameras, engraved items, and custom orders are non-refundable except items that have factory defects or were damaged in shipping. Shipping charges or rush charges will NOT be refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is attributed to a Zanybride.com mistake.

Payments can be made securely online through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal checks. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to make purchases. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. Zany Bride Wedding Favors uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States, in some cases we may substitute FedEx. All orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days except for special orders. These items can take 2-3 weeks. In addition, allow 2 to 5 days for shipping transit time. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight.

In the event you need a rush order, you may also specify UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air; however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges and the above stated processing time still applies.

Please note that in addition to shipping charges, other charges such as brokerage, customs and duty fees may apply to the shipment and this will completely be the responsibility of the customer. Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the State of Colorado. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Colorado.
We have a minimum order requirement for many of the items on our web site. You must meet the minimum order on those items.
